"The Phi Phi speedboat day was the highlight of our entire holiday. Maya Bay was absolutely breathtaking. The crew was friendly, the snorkeling was perfect, and lunch was delicious. 100% worth it!"
"I've dived all over the world and Krabi ranks up there with the best. The King Cruiser Wreck was incredible — leopard sharks, moray eels, and amazing visibility. PADI instructor was fantastic."
"Muay Thai training was SO much fun even as a complete beginner. The trainer was patient, encouraging and genuinely passionate. We trained every day for a week. An experience I'll never forget."
"The bioluminescent plankton tour was like swimming in stars. I literally cried it was so beautiful. The BBQ on the beach afterwards was incredible too. This is a MUST-DO in Krabi!"
"Rock climbing at Railay was epic. We're total beginners and the guide made us feel completely safe. The views from halfway up the cliff are insane. Krabi is the climbing capital of Asia — no question."
"Booked the private speedboat for our anniversary — best decision ever. We chose our own route, had the whole boat to ourselves, and watched the sunset over Koh Hong lagoon. Truly magical."

Ao Nang (อ่าวนาง) is the main beach resort town of Krabi Province in southern Thailand, located on the shores of the Andaman Sea at coordinates 8°N 98°E. Surrounded by dramatic limestone karst cliffs and emerald-green jungle, it serves as the gateway to some of Thailand's most spectacular natural landscapes.
The town sits at the northern tip of Ao Nang Beach, a 2-kilometre crescent of golden sand backed by towering cliffs. From here, longtail boats and speedboats fan out daily to Railay Beach, the 4 Islands, Phi Phi Islands, Koh Hong, and Phang Nga Bay — making Ao Nang the ideal base for island hopping in Krabi.
The nearest airport is Krabi International Airport (KBV), approximately 25 km away. From Bangkok, there are direct flights on multiple carriers (about 1h 20min). A taxi or minivan from the airport to Ao Nang Beach takes 30–40 minutes.
The dry season (November – April) is ideal — calm seas, sunshine, and excellent dive visibility. Peak season is December–February. The green/monsoon season (May–October) sees lower prices and fewer crowds, though some tours may be weather-dependent.
Beyond the beach, Ao Nang is within reach of Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Seua) with its 1,237-step summit view, the Emerald Pool and Blue Lagoon in Khao Pra Bang Khram Wildlife Sanctuary, the world-class rock climbing walls of Railay and Tonsai, and the hidden sea-cave kayaking routes of Phang Nga Bay.
